Please note we no longer allow personal callers to drop off or collect Tapes.

Sending Your Tapes

Once you have placed your order Via The Web Site follow the instructions in the Confirmation Email that you will receive, if you DO NOT receive the confirmation email then please check that you entered the correct email address, or check your Spam or Junk folders.

Then package your Tapes and send them to the following address. We recommend doing so by recorded delivery. Please include your order number so that we can identify your tapes easily. 

Please make sure you pay the correct postage to send your order to us or we will not receive it. 

You will still have to post your tapes to us at your own cost as we do not have a freepost label service. 

Please DO NOT send us Tapes in Paper Envelopes as these burst through the paper on route to us and get lost.

When will I receive my order?

We aim for a turnaround of 7 - 10 working days although we'll always endeavour to finish conversions as quickly as possible. All finished DVDs will be returned along with the original tapes through Royal Mail Tracked 48. Each DVD is returned with a label and protective sleeve.

What is the £4.99 P&P for?

The £4.99 P&P is the postage and packing charge for us to return your completed DVDs and tapes back to you. You will still have to post your tapes to us at your own cost as we do not have a freepost label service. If you're sending multiple tapes, it might be cheaper to send them via courier as opposed to the Post Office. We advise you to take a look at parcel2go.com for quotes and pricing.
