We take great care of your tapes as we understand that your Memories are irreplaceable. We’ll also return your original tapes. We aim for a turnaround time of 7 - 10 working days.

For added peace of mind, if we can’t transfer your tape, we’ll refund its transfer cost and return your original tape.

We also repair any tapes (broken or snapped etc.), free of charge, if required before transfer.

To order additional DVDs on top of the 1 included DVD, visit our Additional DVD Copy product page and click Add to Cart. You can then select your desired quantity. Each additional DVD costs £3.99.

Sending Your Tapes

Once you have placed your order online, follow the sending instructions in your confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, check that you entered the correct email address and look in your spam or junk folder.

Only £4.99 return postage per order, not per tape. The return-postage charge stays the same regardless of how many tapes you send and is added at checkout.
