Please Note each DVD will hold up to 100 Short Videos or around 200 Photos. If you have any questions please ask us BEFORE you purchase. Please remember the limit for a DVD is 4.3GB capacity and if your Memory Card / USB Stick / Camera Card exceeds this then you will have to order multiple DVDs to spread the files across. If for example your Memory Card is 16GB then you would have to order 4 Transfers, if it was 32GB you would have to order 8 Transfers etc.

Delivery

We take great care of your media as we understand that your Memories are irreplaceable. We’ll also return your original media. We aim for a turnaround time of 7 - 10 working days. If we cannot transfer your DVD's for any reason they will be returned to you and you will be refunded.

Sending Your Media

Once you have placed your order Via The Web Site follow the instructions in the Confirmation Email that you will receive, if you DO NOT receive the confirmation email then please check that you entered the correct email address, or check your Spam or Junk folders.

Only £4.99 return postage per order, not per USB stick or memory card. The return-postage charge stays the same regardless of how many DVDs you send and is added at checkout.
